Before you get your hopes up, I do not have clothes for sale...yet. I know, bummer, right?
My name is Ruhamah...and it is my dream to someday be able to provide modest clothing for women that desire them. Notice I said dream. So for now, while I am traveling around with my husband, I will merely look for other sources of modest clothing. I have been doing this for awhile now, but thought that you all might like to come along for the journey.
I am aware that everyone has a different take on what is modest, that is cool. So this is mainly my personal preferences. Also, there are many clothes that I would feel uncomfortable in, but that many would consider very modest. And for that reason, the range of clothing on here will be very diverse.
From time to time I may feature websites that sell modest clothing. They are not paying me to do it. This is simply a personal passion.
Most of us have learned to either make our own everyday clothes, or know where to shop for skirts, dresses, etc.
The main need that I can see, is a need for modest formal wear. Being in the formal-wear business for women, really opened my eyes to see how much of a void there is. I saw girl after girl trying to patch up her strapless/backless dress into something more comfortable for her. The results usually were disasters. They looked exactly like what they were-patched.
